Are you ready to start feeling better? You deserve it. Therapy can be an important step to begin to live the life you have imagined. Often our own negative thinking patterns deeply impact our mood but it can be so hard to just “feel better”. I strive to make counseling a space that is supportive and empathetic to promote personal growth. Life can feel overwhelming and therapy can help you explore your thoughts, relationships, and past experiences while beginning to implement daily changes to lead a fulfilling life. My approach to treatment is integrative and each treatment is tailored to your own individual needs. Often I take into account physical well being, genetics, cultural identities, environmental aspects, behavioral patterns and past experiences.
Dr. Leah Maselli is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York and is a PsyPact provider. She sees individuals and couples in private practice and specializes in working with young adults and adults experiencing a wide variety of concerns. Particularly, she specializes in treatment of depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, parenthood, eating disorders, grief, and women's issues. Additionally, she specializes in the provision of supervision, consultation for individuals & organizations, and clinical presentations. She is the Assistant Director of Clinical Training at Rutgers University’s Counseling, Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) and leads the Eating Disorder Treatment Team at Rutgers Health Services.
Dr. Maselli holds a PsyD Doctoral and Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science from Temple University. She completed her doctoral internship at University of Houston counseling center and her postdoctoral fellowship at Princeton University counseling center.

She has in person office locations in Red Bank & Neptune NJ. Dr. Maselli accepts Aetna, Cigna and Optum health insurance. For other insurances, she is considered an "out of network" provider.
